Turned away at the door for being more than 15 minutes late, even though we called ahead and spent about 20 minutes looking for a wheelchair that we were assured were by the entrance (they were not). We drove over an hour to get there only to be turned away, despite us having called ahead to discuss the situation. My grandmother is practically bed bound, yet we managed to get her out.
