Everyone was very nice and helpful. They were very quick and efficient to respond to my concerns and explained everything as they received my test results. That's my second visit in the last year 1/2.from a fall. The first time was by ambulance and everyone was great in taking care of me. Thanks to everyone for all your help. Blessings for everyone always.

I'm submitting a review for my niece, who is special needs. The staff really made her feel at ease as they gave instructions/explained their actions calmly & in a way that she understood. Because of this, her anxiety level was lowered significantly. Kudos to the radiology staff, especially Denise! Thanks for your patience and professionalism.

I was scheduled an appointment for a mammogram. They told me that my appointment was at 10:30. I arrived at 10:00 and checked in. I waited and then was told that my appointment was at 11:00 that the 10:30 time was my check in time. They need to let people know their appointment time and then tell them to be there early to check in. I had to cancel my grandsons appointment and reschedule it for later because of it. But as for the mammogram, the nurse was very nice and she did a wonderful job.

The two night shift caregivers were a delightful cahnge from the surly day shift crew. The exception was the PT who cheerfully helped me ambulate. Unlike day shift, the PT used a safety belt when I walked down the hall. Another exception is the anesthesia team. Each member greeted me cheerfully and assured me thay I was in safe hands. One member offered to pray with me! I mentioned that I was hungry when they brought me to my room post-op. The nurse promised me she would have the kitchen bring me a ham sandwich. It never came. I had no opportunity to select an evening meal. The kitchen sent a terrible fried chicken sandwich. When I asked about a breakfast selection, I was told it was too late to choose, and that I would get whatever the kitchen provided. If given a choice, I would choose somewhere else.

I can't say enough good things about my visit at Enterprise Medical Clinic beginning with the very kind and helpful lady at the first window that did my paper.work to the most kindest and "helpful" gentleman, Galen and his two trainees in the Xray Dept. Plus the head nurse on that floor!! All of these folks went out of their way to help me. Such kindness will never be forgotten! Hkighly recommend E MC!
