Dr. Craven is an amazing Cardiologist. He has saved my mother's life 3 times at the Flower's ER. And her follow ups and stress test at this office have been great. She has no insurance and the office was great with sitting her with payments. Everyone has been so nice to my mother and for that I am grateful. I've seen a few of the Dermatologists and CRNPs in the Dermatology Specialty here and they are amazing! I would recommend Dr. Craven and Affiliated Dermatology. I have not seen any of the other Specialties personally. Staff was always nice.

EDIT: Five years after my appointment with Dr. Pratt (who I have been told is retired) and it turns out he never informed me of abnormal blood test results. The same results are coming back abnormal years later and I'm finally getting help. FIVE. YEARS. LATER. This practice is dangerously incompetent. Completely dismissed by Dr. Pratt. Waited two hours for him to not listen to me and tell me it was essentially my own fault. Went to a different medical professional who listened and actually gave a helpful diagnosis. Apparently Dr. Pratt also put an invalid diagnosis on my chart without informing me. Didn't find that out until my yearly checkup months later. This practice is awful.

Had appointment today at Cardiology Assoc. Got there 15 min before appt and 1 hour and 10 min later I'm yet to see my Dr. This is unacceptable. I guess they think people do not have to work.

Love the urology doctor! DO NOT love his staff whatsoever. The group of women talking care of answering the phone and appointments need some real lessons in customer service, and keeping up with their patients. I think I've talked to these people 10 times over the phone in 2 weeks and still have nothing resolved! Can't get an appointment for my dad who has a kidney stone to save my life, they've obviously never had one. Have waited over 2 weeks for the surgery since going to initial appointment and still can't get an answer on when they will do it, TWO WEEKS! Always say they're going to call you back, they don't. They literally do not care about the patients at all, hardest people I've ever had to deal with in a doctors office.

They scheduled my appointment then sent me a postcard. When I called due to a conflict, the next appointment was over 60 days. They must feel their time is more important. Not folks that I want in charge of my care.
