Dr. Johnson and his entire staff are exceptional. They are always extremely professional and caring. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes even when being worked in. I have been in the lobby when a difficult patient was being disrespectful to the receptionists, not only did they remain calm, but they were also genuinely trying to help solve the patient's problem. 10/10
