About Dr. Dr. Edward Mahan, MD

Dr. Edward Mahan is a cardiologist with over 35 years of experience. He is certified in both cardiovascular disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Mahan is also a Fellow at the American College of Cardiology (FACC). He completed medical school at the University of Southern California School of Medicine and his internship and residency at the USC Medical Center. He then moved to Alabama to complete his fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital.

I had my first visit yesterday and the Doctor was very detailed, and educational in regards to my condition. The refered me up the hall from Thier office to get a couple of tests on my heart. I'm currently waiting on a phone call from them to schedule my first appointment there. I will update this review as soon as I learn more about my condition. I will say this, everyone there was very kind. Also looks like they all know what Thier doing and very skilled in Thier positions there. I'm impressed with Doctor Mahan knowledge. Thank you all!! Worst dr I've ever seen. I would not recommend Mahan at all. Ran test on me on June 13th. This is July 17 and not heard from him.mean while I had a heart attack. He's a joke.
