This rating does NOT include the WAIT TIME. All the UAB Heart and Vascular Medical Personnel that acknowledged me did their jobs very well. Gawanna at Registration; Olga, RPN; Nidhi, CRPN; Jameson, CRPN; Dr. Walker, MD; Gary, CRPN; Charles, RPN; Madison, RPN and Darius at Discharge were very astute and proficient, thanks be to God, in the Name of Christ Jesus. Did not have opportunity to meet Dr. Sabouni, MD, but perhaps he remotely instructed the procedure, since it may or may not have been his voice guiding them and determining the sufficiency. Thank you, Dr. Sabouni for ordering the procedure and to all those who had the time to speak with this patient and help me through the process.

I just had quadruple bypass surgery there. The entire staff, from Dr. Davies and Faith throughout, was exceptional. From ICU staff (Katie, Ally, Anna and Maddy), to 5th floor south unit (Christian, Chris, Chris, Jonathon, Meghan, Julia, Mara, Tiffany and the rest), I received highly professional care from people who I could tell truly cared about me. Very pleased with Questions Dr Almed asked He plus staff,office workers very kind Supportive.

Worst care, communication, experience of my life. Torture and no one really seemed to care. Early morning appt and wasnt seen until night time . Left me with no pain meds, screaming and all they could do is say sorry and pass the buck. Ended up having to call my outside dr who referred us to beg him to step in. He did and finally started get mimimal help. Will never return. Stay away.

I have been going to the vascular Lab for several years+. They are very professional and give quality care. I meet with the vascular surgeon after having an catscan due to my abdominal aortic aneurysm in a couple of months to determine what the next step will be. The staff really cares about their patients. 5 stars!!
