I cannot say enough about Dr. Still and her exceptional team at UAB. She performed my CABG x4 just 8 weeks ago, off-pump, and the entire experience and outcome have been extraordinary. Dr. Still is confident, competent, and truly gifted at what she does. My situation moved very quickly -- I went in for an unrelated surgery and the heart issue was discovered only after I was put under anesthesia. I had no symptoms other than fatigue and was completely unaware anything was wrong. UAB and Dr. Still acted immediately. I had a heart cath on Monday and was in surgery on Tuesday. The surgery and recovery have gone incredibly well. I feel like the clock has been rolled back 20 years. I'm amazed at how good I feel and deeply grateful for the skill and precision that made this possible. I highly recommend Dr. Still and UAB. It's inspiring to see such talented surgeons taking care of business with excellence, confidence, and compassion. Thank you, Dr. Still.

Our father needed open heart surgery and was sent to UAB to Dr. Sasha Still. She was top tier from the moment we got there. She has an excellent team as well. She came in on the day after the holiday to remove an implant and check on our dad. Since he's been home she has done follow ups and even asked about his family. I recommend her to anyone needing a cardio doc/sugery. Her new sugery techniques are impressive to say the least and you can tell she really loves her job and wants the best for each of her patients!

Dr Still was my surgeon for my bypass. And she was so professional and straightforward, and answered any questions me and my wife had. Even the UAB staff was so happy for me that she was doing my surgery. She is awesome and I recommend her for you heart health. Thank you Dr. Still. And she let me have a piece of candy on Halloween.

Dr. Still was my husband's cardiology surgeon. We were blessed to have gotten her! She was absolutely the best doctor ever. My husband's recovery has been outstanding and most of the credit goes to her for an excellent surgery. And of course credit to God for His healing hand! If you are having any kind of heart surgery, Dr. Still is the one to see! We couldn't have had a better surgeon! May God keep His hands on her!
