Dr. Saema Mirza is a board-certified cardiologist with Baptist Health Medical Group Cardiology in Birmingham, Alabama. She has more than 25 years of experience treating patients with structural and valvular heart disease. Dr. Mirza specializes in diagnostic catheterization and cardiac diagnostics, including echocardiography, exercise testing, nuclear cardiology, and pacemaker programming and interrogation. She received her medical training at Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Connecticut and a cardiovascular disease fellowship at the University of Alabama University Medical Center. Dr. Mirza is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.
