Patient
After being with Dr. Rogers for fifteen years, I was extremely taken aback to have him scoff at a serious health question asked by me at my last appointment. I'm an educated client who follows research on heart issues and don't appreciate being laughed at by a physician. Patients don't ask questions to amuse themselves or their doctors; conscientious patients prepare lists and go over them carefully. My time, much to Dr. Rogers' surprise I imagine, is just as valuable as his. I doubt I will return.
