Dr. Cox and his staff were simply amazing during my visit. From beginning to end, my visit went so smoothly. Each member of the staff treated me with kindness and compassion. Dr. Cox answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything that he was saying. He is by far the best cardiologist I have ever seen. Ashley, his nurse, was amazing as well. She was so compassionate and caring towards me. She also explained in detail what my next steps would be. She answered every question I asked to perfection. I love Dr. Cox and his staff so much.
I have been under the care of Dr Cox for several years now. I think he is a very competent doctor and gives good advice. Recently had coronary bypass graft with a surgeon recommended by Dr Cox. Painful process, but the right thing to do. I feel confident in his advice and also working with his staff. I put questions on the patient portal and Anna, his nurse makes sure I get answers. I recommend Dr Cox if you are looking for a good cardiologist.
Office personnel always show performance to be top notch. Doctor Cox is always efficient in the way he reviews & checks my condition while I'm at his office. He also answers any questions I may have concerning my health I rate them a five star facility.
Dr. Cox is one of the best physicians I've ever had! He is kind, detail oriented, takes his time with his patients and answers all my questions. He has the perfect discernment to show brevity when needed, but is also light-hearted when humor is welcome. I've never waited longer than 15 mins to see him. He's the only cardiologist I'd trust in Birmingham!
