I was greeted by a very nice young lady and soon afterwards a very friendly young woman came out to the waiting room and told me what would be happening next. I didn't have to wait long before they took me back. The PA Cristina Thurber was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I would have no problem seeing her again.

I brought my mother in for her post hospitalization check up. Christina was fabulous. She is very knowledgeable as well as having great rapport with the patients and their family!

A few days after an ablation I started having pain in one leg with difficulty walking. I contacted the office and was told to come in immediately. They worked me in. Did an ultrasound on the entire leg. I saw Cristina afterwards. She went over results with we. I had a hematoma. She explained to me everything I should and shouldn't do. She also ordered blood work to check blood counts to make sure the hematoma wasn't still getting more blood because of blood thinner. Early the next day, I check my portal and she had posted full results of blood work and included a note letting me know that my blood counts were perfect. I appreciate that they worked me in that day. Everyone was so kind and caring. I left with peace of mind.

She was great. Made me feel comfortable and answered all may questions. I would not have any issues with seeing her again.

She is inexperienced. Lacks confidence in giving patients information. I shared with her blood work results from a doctor in decatur and they called me. Back with the results on the lab work that I took to her. Ascension did not even do the lab work. I was not at all at ease with the results from the test y'all received from Dr vess.
