The staff are so rude and unprofessional they are busy laughing, playing around, and talking about people that are coming in to check in. They don't try to hide what that do because it's in them unprofessionalism. I stood at the front desk waiting on the person behind the glass to open this lady constantly pretend like she is either on the phone or on her computer and when she replies it not like "how can I help", she will say, what's your name? Never looking up to see who she is addressing. They are so loud when you giving them your information so you don't have a co- fee, when will you have it?Everyone seated is laughing at the situation. This woman is the bright skin, on the heavy side, blonde wig, and have a bad deposition about herself. No one is happy there, no smiling, no welcome to Cahaba....nothing! Ms Yolanda is the only one that makes you laugh when she see you're looking down, I applaud her greatness, she had a kind heart.

The only I have is giving out my information & why do they to use another phone to put in your information? She said,it was the work phone that they have to use.But as soon as she put in my information her personal phone lite up very weird. I don't like my information in these people hands so they can copy my information to give out to other people.It should be a policy about that

Cahaba Medical violates patients privacy rights because they view their patients as "less than." I had no idea Cahaba Medical was considered a facility for indigent/poor people who had no hope for decent medical care. They are on my insurance provider list so that is the reason I chose them. I recently learned they partnered with Legal Aid to help make sure patients know how to protect their legal interests. What does this mean? In any case, choose another Medical provider if you dont want your Medical rights violated.
