BEWARE.You probably owe a "past due" bill from 9+ yrs ago they say nothing about til you get there.Every person signing in at the time I was had a so called past due bill.So your hit with confusion( bill from yrs ago.I didn't know about it or I would have put it in my chapter 13).
Entrapment (why didn't you tell me before now.They want a signature saying you owe a bill you know nothing about.they want a payment agreement. Will I get to see the Dr. If I dont do this.) My chest pains are still here.
Do you really want to see a Dr who will do this to already way to many patients.

Had a 3:15 appointment. Got there at 3. 4pm still waiting. I left. I don't like greed and overbooking is greed!! Not to mention 3 people that I got there before, went in before me. Also, when I signed in, there were already people with later appointments signed in before me and obviously they went in before me. What's the point of an appointment?

My mother was placed in an exam room and forgotten. When I asked, "Did he forget we were here?" I was told "I guess so, hasn't he been in yet?" We had heard him in the adjoining room, so we know he was there. We finally walked out.
This is no way to treat any patient/client, especially am elderly person who has to rely on others for transportation.
They were clearly over booked.

PAs are awful. Prescribed wrong medication. Told them it hurt my chest and gave me no choice. Worst advice I feel I have ever gotten
