This review is for the office; I would actually give them 0 stars. Trying to set up my first appointment took months because they will not allow you to make an appointment without a referral from another doctor, which is ridiculous. Then, in trying to change an appointment today, I have now been on hold for over 45 minutes (at this point, I really want to see how long it will take; I'm invested!). I'm sorry, there is no excuse for this unprofessional behavior. My time is just as important as theirs. Why can't medical offices find competent business staff? I really hope they figure this out. For Dr. Bolton, I would give 5 stars. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to review insulin pump and CGM reports to help patients utilize these technologies to the fullest to improve. Being a type 1 himself, he understands the struggles we live with on a daily basis, which can't be taught in med school.
