The front office staff is amazing! Monica, the scheduler that called me to schedule my son's appointment, was the sweetest! Dr. McMahon on the other hand was the COMPLETE opposite. I drove 3 hours for this appointment because our pediatrician said they were the best. He was rude and made me and my son both feel dumb for even being there. He was very dismissive to my concerns and blatantly rude to my 12 year old. He Basically told him that he "wasn't experiencing the symptoms" that we were telling him had been happening for the last 2 months. I mean, our pediatrician didn't just send us here for the hell of it. Absolutely no bedside manner. Needless to say, we will not be returning. We will find a pediatric cardiologist local to us. Complete waste of 6 hours drive time and a day taken off from work.

Dr. Mahone and his assistant were condescending and talked down to my daughter and I. He tried to be intimidating and told her that she needed to lose weight and drink more water. It definitely was not appreciated. We will not come back to him. Save you and your child the heartache.

Ridiculous! I just had surgery Monday - had to bring my son in for his appt to see a cardiologist. His appt was at 12pm. Got here at 1130 was told to sit and wait and we would get checked in. They NEVER checked us in. Walked up at 1240 to see what's going on.... Oh we didn't even check you in we have to reschedule you......Had to pay for parking for an appt I never in for.

This is the place to go if your child has heart defects. They are the best there is and you will not find any more skilled in there profession. What a wonderful experience in such a tragic situation.

The staff and doctors here could not be anymore friendly. Every phone call and visit has been extremely pleasant and the nurses and doctors are phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone with heart issues!
