Every one in the clinic from the front desk to the Dr's are professional and proficient at what they do. My provider is by far the finest medical practitioner I have ever met she truly cares about all of her patients. She listened to her patients and finds the best way forward for them. She has helped me get back my quality of life. And that will be forever grateful. Thank you Dr. B.

I actually think this place is amazing. Only thing I don't like us the lady at the front desk. She is so rude she has people thinking about leaving. If Luara leaves because of her I will definitely go with her. So it will be 2 patient lost. Not only that the friends I have referred here will leave as well. So yeah figure around 15 to 20 referred patients as well. So would appreciate it if you would transfer her to a different clinic. Once that is done my review will change to a better one.

Kelly Plessman has been wonderful. She is patient and is serious about helping with pain. She has helped me through multiple surgeries and responds quickly.

I have had alot of pain though out the years. I've seen many doctors and pain specialists and have been treated like an addict by many. Dr. Kelsey Anderson never has and worked with me to get my pain under control. By no means am I out of pain but it's manageable and I can work. Without her help I would probably be broke and homeless. I truly thank the pain care center for hiring such a competent person. Thank you so much Doc for helping me.

JUST AVOID THIS PLACE. This is the first time posting for a friend, but I know she wouldn't...and I pretty much never give 1 star reviews, but this place EARNED its 1 star. I gotta say that this may be the WORST facility Ive ever heard of. Rude, mean, and unhelpful from start to finish. They treated her AND her husband like GARBAGE, while she is in pain and not responding optimally to treatments, yet offered 0 help/suggestions/advice or anything to help her peace of mind or improve her pain. My friend is the nicest, most patient human on earth. When she says any negative about somewhere, you can 100% know shes not exaggerating, as its hard for her to even mention it in the first place. Upon hearing her story, this place and MULTIPLE staff were suuuper rude and mean repeatedly. The NP barely spoke and was rude out the gate too for NO reason at all, and then basically ditched while trying to help my friend 0%. My friend was on time, insurance good/current & paid up, paperwork done prior, kind & courteous the whole time and they were met with ridiculousness from the moment in to out of the door. JUST AVOID HERE, YALL. From reading other reviews about recent changes in staff, Id expect multiple more poor reviews to begin being posted. This facility should be ashamed in its staff and change dramatically before its out of biz. Cheyenne, Wy generally doesnt tolerate poor service & attitudes and continue patronage.
