My husband's recovery from a severe brain aneurysm has been a daunting journey, but Cheyenne Regional Medical Center's Acute Rehabilitation Unit made all the difference. After stabilizing at another facility, he was transferred here on August 9th, and the care he has received is exceptional. The entire staff, including nurses, aides, doctors, nurse practioners, case managers, and therapists (physical, occupational, speech), were phenomenal. They worked tirelessly to help him regain strength and skills, preparing him for the next steps in his recovery.
The nurses and aides were incredibly attentive, always treating us with warmth and respect, like we were part of their family. The physican and nurse practitioners were top-notch, taking time to explain his progress and answer our questions with patience. The therapists were outstanding, pushing him with kindness and expertise to achieve milestones we didn't think were possible so soon. Even the support staff, from those serving delicious meals to the friendly custodians, made the environment feel welcoming and uplifting.
This team's compassion and dedication gave us hope during a tough time. Cheyenne Regional's ARU is a gem, and we're so grateful for the care that helped my husband move forward to his next phase of rehab. Highly recommend this incredible unit.

I ended up at Cheyenne regional ER with my infant after a trip to one urgent care and another ER visit down in Colorado and they did amazing caring for my kiddo and listening to my concerns. From the front desk staff, nurse Taylin and Adi(?) and the gentleman shadowing her, the respiratory therapist, and Dr. C they were all hands on for making sure they were doing all they could to figure what was wrong with my kiddo and making him as comfortable as possible. I had a terrible experience at the ER about three years ago with my eldest child and was nervous going there but I'm so glad I did. Such an improvement with patient care and much more comfortable going there in the future for emergencies.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share our recent experience.
Unfortunately, we had to take our son to the ER, which is never an easy situation. However, we were absolutely blown away by the top-notch care we received. Every single person we encountered from the nurses and doctor to the phlebotomy team and registration staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable.
In such a stressful time, their professionalism and empathy made all the difference. We left feeling deeply grateful and so fortunate to have this level of care available in our community.
Thank you to everyone who helped us you truly made a difficult day so much better.

All I can say is, HORRIBLE. They are here to collect a check, that's it. I don't wanna say too much cause I wouldn't be surprised if they wrote down names of people who leave bad reviews and might retaliate if they ever go back to be seen for something. This hospital sent home a little girl who needed more medical attention and she died. But they don't take accountability because they were "subcontractors" so they're hands are clean. NO, YOU GUYS HAVE HER BLOOD ALL OVER UR HANDS. You guys are a horrible hospital. Doctor sing almost killed my brother. She asked him "so HOW allergic are you to penicillin" he said "deathly allergic. She pumped him full of it anyways and he almost died!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is dark and the energy is heavy here. Go to a urgent care. Walmart employees have better manners and professionalism than these so called doctors and nurses.

I received amazing care during an echo test. My nurse Rita was professional and kind and very thorough. She made sure I was well taken care of even when I was in another area having tests. She went above and beyond. The whole team did a great job of making me feel comfortable.
