Eh, nice enough dr but couldn't find my echocardiogram from the day before, the whole reason for my visit was to go over the echocardiogram. So I left not knowing anything about it, never got a return call to discuss any findings. He did suggest I get a night time blood oxogen monitor to see if I need a sleep study, awesome! That was almost a month ago with 5 phone calls from me asking the referral to be sent again and again to Lynn care, after three attempts with Lynncare I asked pickrells office to send it to apria. This is the fith attempt to get that office to send the referral for the device and it still hasn't happened. If this was the way i conducted business I wouldn't be in business long. Piss poor communication and follow through. I'm glad I am not in immediate need of life saving care or I would be dead by now- or maybe I am but how would I know since as far as I know, no one has ever found or viewed that expensive echocardiogram I'm being charged for but. I am beyond disappointed and will not ever be going back to that office for any reason.
