If I could give this place zero out of five stars I would! I had been going here for less than a year, I constantly had to beg them for any results they took through there clinic. I was left in a back room for over two hours waiting for a nurse on two separate occasions, before I had to go back upfront to only be told they "forgot I was back there". Took over 3 months to get an MRI scheduled and another couple of months of me calling constantly before I finally decided to go somewhere else. Even calling to get my paperwork to take to my current doctor was an enormous hassle. Rude and unprofessional receptionist and staff. Definitely go here if you want to waste your money and get no results! This is ten months later and Casper cardiology has finally replied to my review. Personally I stand by exactly what I said! You can clam that you attempted to reach out to me but I literally had go in and demand my test results! Very unprofessional not to mention LEAKING PRIVATE MEDICAL INFORMATION TO UNAUTHORIZED FAMILY MEMBERS!! Without even a phone call for approval, and posting more of my information on your public reviews! So to say the least I warn everyone to never come here! Im very thankful that my team in Colorado is way more supportive and involved in my health so if you can make the trip I definitely would.

The people in there are nice and we never had to wait to long. We lived out of town so they worked with us on scheduling appointments. But I'm giving them a 2 star because we had been through lots of appointments and we always felt pushed out of the office whenever the testing was done. If we had questions they pretty much fell on def ears or we got extremely short a vague answers. Which is the only reason we are there is to get answers. The only people that seemed to care was the people running the tests on us. The main doctor personally who we're supposed to give us answers never did. They just threw different types of medication at us and just told us it's normal and to go about are life when in reality that is definitely not true or the correct way to handle patients.

Warning if you think you have POTS don't go here your waisting your time and you won't get the answers you need. It has to do with your nervous system not your heart. Hopefully this saves people money and time...

Both my fiance and myself are impressed with the compassion and amazing care that is provided in Rock springs! They are amazing patient educators without being degrading or talking down but ensuring that patients understand and participate in their medical care! So nice to have such a great cardiologist and person in Rock Springs! Our community needed this service for so long! Thank you thank you! Highly recommend!

They go above and beyond. Nurse Kim is spectacular. All staff was wonderful and amazing. Thank you for having wonderful workers.
