Froedtert has moved wildly away from patient centered care. It is all about profit. We are no longer able to call the clinic directly for follow up with our family physician. No easy way to share info, etc. Everything is centralized. Nurses are not in clinic. Working from home.
Response time when I message via mychart has been 4 to 5 days. Unable to call clinic. Calls are routed to central call center (assuming in Milwaukee - perhaps soon to move overseas?)
Their push is to go to their Urgent Cate and work with a physician who knows nothing about our history . This, even when all we need is an answer to a simple visit follow up question.
Heads up to Froedtert administration. If we decide to go to Urgent Care, it will be - and has been - an Aurora Urgent Care. Thus, you are losing $$.
Please nix the Centralized system. We are human beings who have - and like - our relationships with our primary care physicians.
Please stop treating us like irrelevant pieces in an assembly line.

Never had a issue with the OBGYN doctors. However my last visit here I needed to come back in, was told it would be of no charge since it was an accident on their end. Ended up getting charged more then the first visit. I had called to figure out why and they told me they would review it. Went back into mychart to see if there was any news (has been almost a month now since I called) and now my bill somehow went up another 200 dollars. Giving me more and more reasons to not want to go see doctors.

Had our baby in August 2022, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, welcoming and professional. I felt they really valued a positive experience for moms and families. Stayed for 3 nights and nothing could have been better! Jenn on night shift in L&D was more than accommodating and will forever stick out as making an impact in our experience. Make an appointment, great. . .the y can see me in three months. Three months pass, they cancel the appointment adn if I want the appointment, I have to wait two more months.
This is a good way to lose trust.
