Dr. Miles is kind and caring and puts his patients' best interests at the forefront. Dr. Miles spent well over 2.5 hours with me both in person and on the phone (about 30 minutes) and spoke by phone with my daughter. He and his staff encouraged my family and I to call with any questions or concerns. I was seen three times a day after my surgery by Dr. Miles and his team. He made my husband, daughter and I feel very comfortable from the moment we met him. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Miles is one of best doctors I have had contact with in my 77 years. He explains everything, he is patient, he makes you feel that you are the only patient he has to take care of; I cannot say enough good things about the excellent results he delivered to my husband via his open heart surgery in October of 2018.
He should be the mould for Drs. Fantastic skill and bedside manner. Outstanding. In my case he repaired another's mishap which is very difficult.
Never introduced himself and found him to be arrogant. Not impressed!
