Not sure how it is a good business practice to have a security person be the point of contact in the office and approach a grieving family that is there to see there deceased father only to tell us we do not want to see him. This is with a call into the hospital to let them know we are on our way to see him before they proceed with organ donation. Than that security officer continues to argue with us stating she had no idea who we talked to and at the very end when she finally walked away, turns to us and says "also, sorry for your lost". Once that security person left, a staff member finally asked questions and helped us see our dad. This was handled in the worst possible way I can imagine. Very disappointing and I wish/hope no other family has to go through what we did.
