This is hands down the best clinic I have ever been to. Appointments are always fast and on point. Everyone seems knowledgeable and knows their role. They detail all visits and even phone calls. I'm on disability and it seems the paper work wll be filled out in timely manner....just a great experience compared to pass centers I've been to
This was my first visit and I was impressed. Let's start with the triage nurse who helps decide if or when you should be seen... phenomenal. Gave me step by step instructions to ease pain while waiting for my soon-coming appointment...and it helped tremendously. Office staff are kind, courteous and helpful. I was also impressed with the doctor herself... seems quite knowledgeable and willing to try natural methods of healing first, if it's appropriate. She was friendly and attentive, explained things so I could understand and reassuring about my condition. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, as they are very organized as well.
Dr. Ricker has been excellent in handling my health care issues. She patiently answers my questions and explains what is concerning and gives me ideas for moving in the right direction. Very satisfied with her as my primary doctor. The nurses also deserve recognition for their professional approach and friendliness. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that I live about 90 minutes away from the Sun Prairie clinic. Wish you had an office somewhere near the Dells. Thank you. Oh, and Go Packers!
I was in for my yearly check-up with Dr. Bryan. He was very interested in my current health and any concerns I may be having. Answered all my questions and followed up with me on my lab results. Nicole was my nurse and she was very nice and professional.
It's so ridiculous that I call in for a medication refill at 8am and nobody gets back to me by the end of the day ! I've called this clinic 4 times !!!!! They want me to schedule a follow up before prescribing my medication when I just did a follow up ultra sound for my issue Monday morning and I was in the er Monday night!!!!and I have another 2 appointments scheduled for Tuesday coming up !!! Dr McCormick is very NEGLIGENT!!!! And I will be switching my primary doctor!!! I am at work and I've been on the phone for 30 minutes now continually being put on hold and still no results. So now when I get off work at 6pm I'll be wasting 3 hours in the er just to get the medication I need and I have to work tomorrow this is crazy
