Dr Karen is kind and listens well and responds honestly. Her follow up care is prompt and caring.

I was treated so poorly and not believed by karen Alexander about my heart issues. 2 yrs of suffering needlessly. If you dont live 100% clean life, no cigs drinking etc...you will not be taken seriously.

First of all she might as well just wear a biohazard suit to see you for a routine exam, why doesnt she just do virtual medicine if she is afraid of COVID? Her condescending demeanor is not a relationship that I feel comfortable in, every doctor I ever saw was wrong and she was in charge now, so instead of just working on what I needed she decides whats good for me, no thank you I will find someone who cares. Too impersonal, insensitive, made me feel like I was lying or looking for drugs, not interested in what specialists and previous doctors have done.

I agree with Kimberly Matalis she is very rude and talks down to you makes accusations very poor bedside manner maybe a good doctor BUT doesn't make up for her rudness and accusations THAT ARE NOT TRUE
