I specifically chose Colleen to be my primary because she goes above and beyond what most providers do. She takes time to try and figure out how to help and if it is outside her area, she is great about referring to others who can. My whole family switched to Colleen because that's just how amazing she is and how much we trust her. She really listens to patients and tries her best to help, she is never dismissive (in fact she was the only provider to believe me when there was a serious issue and I needed a transfusion and surgery). I cannot say enough good things, Froedert really gained a terrific asset in having Colleen on board. I also like the person who usually checks us in before Colleen comes in, Casey. They are both very nice and thorough when taking information. I also never have to wait very long. I highly recommend going to Colleen Gumm.
