After two months, my mother was discharged from River Falls WI. We had questions about her medications after she was released, so we called and spoke to an Angela who is a supervisor. SO rude and demeaning, telling me she had other patients that take priority. She told us wrong information about the medications, which is extremely dangerous as my mother was in for heart failure among other things. The nurses and all the other staff who took care of her were great, so we are very disappointed in Angela's negligence and unprofessionalism toward our situation.
