The support staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Durbin is always very interested in me as a person and asks if I have any questions, comments or concerns. He makes sure I am up to date on all tests and immunizations. He also is very good about making referrals to other providers when needed. Nurse Annette is kind and compassionate, she did a great job at flushing my ears!
