I was admitted in the hospital for almost a week. I ended up having a discectomy. Dr. Leschke and his staff were amazing!!!!! I can't express how thankful I am for the nursing staff on the floor either. Housekeeping was amazing as were the kitchen staff! Thank you all for the amazing care!!! Words can never describe how wonderful all the staff were!!!
A few days ago I had a cardiac event and spent sometime at Mercy. I can't fault the care I received from my nurses and doctors. They made my stay so much easier to deal with an I thank them all so much for their empathy and support.
I was really surprised with how great the lab people were. They helped me when I didn't have my card. I was trying to sign in to get my card online. They were doing all they could on there end. Really going above and beyond! Really impressive. Than you guys. I know they are technically Labcorp but I think people should know when things are so well done that its pretty much amazing.
Please consider another place for you or your loved ones.......please!!! This place does NOT care about their patients and takes advantage of the medical system. My mother left there in worse shape with bed sores and blisters that they had no idea how it happened. They don't care and disrespect your loved ones. Wish I would have known this before my mother was transferred there....worst ever:(
