Patient Reviews

Patient

Had day surgery there. The surgery and recovery went well. My surgeon and team were extremely kind and competent. Once back in my room the nursing care was terrible She indicated that her goal was to have me out the door in 45 minutes. She wanted to get my clothes on and get me to the bathroom in order to complete the goal. I experienced extreme discomfort as a result of the rush. The nursing care was very poor.

Very kind and helpful nurses; personable and professional care. The surgeon was great and worked well with my sometimes cranky father. :) My youngest daughter was born here 18 years ago and they were great then too.

These people never communicate with their family. All of the staff that I have dealt with make you feel like you're inconveniencing them that has been my experience with Waukesha Memorial Hospital or Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital I just do not like anything about Pro Healthcare

Small hospital with caring staff. I had outpatient surgery in December. Every single person, from the front desk receptionist, to nurses, to the surgeon and anesthesiologist, was kind, and caring, answered questions and ensured my comfort with the process. I never felt rushed and they did everything possible to minimize my anxiety and pain. I highly recommend this facility and specifically thank Nurse Danielle who took care of me pre-surgery and post-recovery. A small hospital with a big heart.

In the Emergency room for four and going on five hours without seeing a doctor not understanding why we are getting all those tests they are doing when we only came for a cough after a surgery two days ago . They isolate us in a room assuming it's COVID .. All they cared about is test after test ..it's about milking the health insurance and money . After objecting on how they are doing what they were doing !! They said they are checking for blood clots when we came for a cough and our surgeon recommended an X-ray .. when tried to understand they finally explained after two hours that the surgeon requested to check for blood clots .. Nurse and nurse practitioner were beyond rude & Disrespectful. Any question to them was an insult answered with a very under estimating to my knowledge or worry .when walked to the desk to ask for someone because we had all the results on our app chart showing ok .. the answer was we just had three ambulances they will get to you when they have time . FYI .. we are still in the emergency room as I am writing this review and our three kids are with a baby sitter . My daughter who did the surgery did not eat anything and it's almost two o'clock in the afternoon . Go figure. Save your money and loved ones and look for a better place .ONE PERSON KNEW BEDSIDE MANNER AND WONDERFUL IS JACKIE . She made us calmer and hoping for more human to do this job . After 5 hours we got a Jim Dr. Standing by the door talking to my daughter. This place is a joke . And yes she had blood clots because she is out of a surgery.
