Pro health has been terrific in all regards. Dr. Ghanem has been very helpful as a cardiac physician. He has been very thorough and professional. He listens completely and responds directly to the question. His explanations are easy to understand and appreciated. On July 2nd I had an accident that impacted my back. On July 4th I went to the ER for diagnosis and treatment. The ER physician Sean Quinn was very helpful and professional in diagnosing my compression fracture. Everyone in the ER was helpful and provided important information. Dr Quinn referred me to Orthopedic Associates. I was able to schedule a very timely appointment with Dr Koss and his staff. The back brace has helped stabilize my T12 fracture. The staff at the Pewaukee walk-in lab area was extremely helpful in doing the necessary pre-op lab tests. I am looking forward to having Dr Koss complete the surgery on July 24th which should alleviate the plain and provide stability.
