From the staff at checkin/out, the medical asst. the RN , to Dr. Lanzarotti, every single person person I came in contact with was so personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Lanzarotti spends time, knows my history and current condition. I really feel " seen" and confident in my care after an appointment.
So comfortable with the whole staff, beginning at the front desk, the med assistant, the PA, to the Dr and back to the front desk. Easy peasy.
The nurse who completed my routine assessment was very caring about my concerns and overall health she was excellent and Dr. Lanzarotti was exceptional in his overall views.
