Tried contacting good hope location to schedule an echocardiogram. The person was supposed to be in at 8 but phones were still forwarded to grafton hospital til 830. Tried a few more times then got put on hold for over 30 minutes with no response at good hope. Finally just called grafton and got my test scheduled in less than 5 minutes. At that point, I hung up with good hope as I was still on hold. Ridiculous!
