Dr Mason is an excellent communicator. I felt he took the time to answer my questions and educate me in simple terms. All around pleasant experience.

Been to UW ER 2 times recently. They have been thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. They ran a bunch of tests and found some surprises. I would recommend UW time and again. One thing to note, excellence can take some time, don't be in a rush.

I had a quad bypass at UW Hospitals in March 2015. The entire process from my entry into the UW Hospital system was exceptional. It was a level of care that was so remarkable that I realized that this is what humane care should be like everywhere. Every level of staff was responsive, caring, and compassionate. When one is in a difficult health circumstance, that is exactly what is needed. I sense that my quick recovery from the surgery was in good measure due to the care and compassion I experienced from every encounter and especially my ICU nurse and surgeon. My fervent hope is that the UW Cardiology model of care is copied everywhere.

The hospital, doctors, nurses and staff are above the class their rated at. My brother had a kidney transplant from another brother. They both are doing great and do brag to friends, people about the care during and after the surgery. I advise people to check out this God send!!
