UW Health East Madison Hospital

Oh they really love to see my ugly face. Although they accused me of trying to steal medical supplies when I was merely trying to close the cabinet because it's was left open. They enjoyed me pulling my IV out and getting blood everywhere. They do such a good job here I came all the way from Portage just to get the level of care you deserve... Not me though. Maybe they will kill me and they can donate my my surviving organs if they're not already spoken for. No they're good people here.

The staff at Heart Rehab in UW East Hospital are fantastic and know their stuff! I enjoy going and they make the time fly with laughter and joy. They care about their clients very much! They have a way of making even the grumpy to smile by the time their assigned time is up with them. One will realize they are not the only one going through these heart problems. There are others that have gone before you and will be more after you! But all will get better if you let the staff help you along this path you are now traveling on. Thank you Rehab staff!

I was seen on 07/14/2025 in Sports Medicine Clinic at East Madison Hosp. I was greeted immediately upon entering the clinic and asked if required assistance, which i did, as this was my first visit. After a quick check-in, i was directed to Sports Medicine, where x-rays were done by Lindsey, then a review of my history and symptoms was done by Carly, and lastly, i was seen by Dr. John Wilson. Dr. Wilson really listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. He presented all the options that would be available to me if needed, but never pushed for anything. The entire experience was smooth and efficient and i never once felt rushed, which seems to happen all too often in medicine. Everyone i encountered was kind, pleasant, and very professional. The building itself is beautiful and clean. Thank you.

I went there, on 11-14-25 one Maranda Bradley doesn't deserve her medical license. I got a single stitch on almost a 3/4 in cut in my pinky. Completely disposable. Knowing full well this wasn't the correct way. I went to a different. ER ( saint Marie's Madison) The practitioner there was appalled.. Her face was showed true disgust by the work that was done. I ended up getting 4 stitches and a splint. I will call this place every day until I hear. She has lost her job. Complete failure of duty.

Had a pretty big surgery 2 weeks ago, and since day one of the surgery that staff has been amazing. The nurses and MA's were very sweet and caring. Dr. Shada and her team is beyond amazing and so grateful for her to do this procedure to help with my health. Since getting it done my symptoms have been completely resolved. UW is overall an A++++ in my books and would go back for everything.
