Assistants and Cleaning Lady cleared walkways of ice and water. The Assistant brought me a wheelchair to make it easier to get to 4th flr. I am grateful for their directions and helping wheel me to my floor. I was stressed with pain from the cold weather. I wished I would've known I could've rescheduled my appt . I am afraid to go out in this weather. Assistant helped me with what floor and Dr. I needed to find. That was a huge relief.
