They get one star for the awesome doctor my client has but she's in a wheel chair and they don't have a scale for her in Family medicine. Can barely fit in the exam room.

I've sent multiple messages through the patient portal regarding repetitive testing with no answers. I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication is deeply concerning, especially given the importance of the matter and the expectations of timely care. Mayo is no longer the top tier medical facility it was thought to be. I moved from Texas recently, where--even with systemic challenges--I consistently received responses to portal messages. The contrast in responsiveness here has been stark and disappointing. Please respond within 48 hours or direct me to someone who can assist. If I do not hear back, I will escalate this to patient relations and explore alternative providers who prioritize patient communication. Mayo is no longer the top-tier medical facility it was once considered to be!
Several less than great experiences, but this was the real deal breaker: I went through several assessments for a diagnosis I wanted help checking. These involved multiple in-person visits, calls, and involving others in my life. Only after many hours were spent, with information I had freely given, they admitted that due to information provided at the very BEGINNING, information provided multiple times between multiple parties, that they could not proceed further. All of this time could have been avoided, but the two different Doctors I spoke with decided not to speak to this until after everything was completed and time was spent. Many hours wasted, in turn (most notable being the second doctor in the process who asked for the most data collection while not having read notes from the initial assessments: Dr. Haley Belle, I would avoid her entirely). I'll be going to any other clinic that exists going forward.

Took forever to get a prior authorization for my prescription and insurance wouldn't cover until the physician sent in the PA and it took over a week almost two weeks to get one for my Birth control. Now I've sent a return to work form for my doctor to fill out and my employer will not allow me to clock in to work until it's filled out. I sent it to be filled out a week ago. The online portal said to allow 2-4 days for forms requests but when I called the nurses/reception told me it would be 7-10 days. Now I have to Waite till they get around to it and I don't get to work or receive a paycheck. I'm basically begging and they keep telling me "well I'll let you know when it's filled out"
