Dr Omar Alnaser is such a wonderful pediatrician. We absolutely love him. We were sad to hear Dr Mendoza was retiring as he was also great.
Dr Alnaser listens, really cares and makes time to get you in asap. That is a true blessing, and it makes the transition to a new dr for our daughter much easier. He also remembers who we are at each visit even though we are new patients of his.

I have had to speak with the receptionists in the imaging department a bit the last few days. I have been very stressed about my medical care as well as the cost of it. The receptionists that I spoke with are very skilled in customer service and they have all without exception helped me to feel better and less stressed. They do an amazing job at being kind, compassionate, and understanding. Every time I have spoken with them I have felt my whole body relax just a little bit. Thanks.

I had a very upsetting experience at this urgent care. I came in with extreme abdominal pain and pressure--while pregnant--and was genuinely concerned for both my baby's safety and my own. Despite the severity of my symptoms, I was left waiting for over an hour while at least five other patients, who arrived after me, were taken in with little to no wait time (some under 15 minutes).
When my fiance asked the staff why I wasn't being seen, we were told there were no rooms available. But then we watched another patient walk in and be taken back immediately, which was frustrating and made us feel ignored and unimportant.
Eventually, we decided to leave and go to a different hospital, where the care is much more appropriate given the urgency of the condition.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable--especially for a pregnant patient in severe pain. I hope this facility seriously reevaluates how it prioritizes patients and communicates with those in distress

DON'T COME HERE if you value your life!
No Care received. At all
The reason: No rooms available.
But in reality they had plenty of rooms available for people with diarrhea or swollen feet.
Unfair. Not sure if it was favoritism or discrimination, but I am sure the incompetent staff can't run this place.
My pregnant fiancee and I waited more than an hour and a half for a room. She was having sharp throbbing pain, and received no help or "care", while other patients received care quickly.
Maybe patients have to wait until they start dying or bleeding out for the "professionals" to take any noticable level of concern.
