My mom ended up coming here for an emergency triple A (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm) she lost 5 liters of blood and Dr. Osborn and his team did an amazing job getting her back from death door. The care she has received has been outstanding. I don't understand how this hospital has the rating it does. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such great care of my mom.

I've been to the Eau Claire ER and subsequently hospitalized on 3 occasions over the past year and spent at least a month combined here. From the person delivering my food, cleaning the room all the way to the dr on the floor I was consistently treated kindly and with respect.
I was told once I was the nicest patient a nurse had and I think that kindness goes both ways.

Excellent medical facility with high-quality professionals. I've been treated here on a number of occasions for a variety of different issues, as well as my family members. I recently had surgery here and the whole process has been very smooth, I've been told what to expect, and the staff have even been fun to chat with.

I used to love coming to Mayo Clinic because they cared, but no more. They cancel out your appointments in the occupational rehab area and force you to be put on a waiting list. I've talked to a woman called Sheila Brown the medical administrative assistant in the Department of Rehabilitation services, and she was not nice on the phone. I am so dissatisfied with that company I do not ever want to go into Physical Therapy again. They do not listen to their patients

My Dad has been in the hospital since June 21st, in CCU. We have a very very small family that consists of me, my brother and Mom. I am point of contact etc. His nurses have been amazing but not always. Danielle and Alex have treated him like he's family. And they have been over the top. And I couldn't agree with him more. Being the POINT person for contact, means I call 1-2 times a day and then they would keep you updated. Yesterday and today I have called right around 8-10 as I know there is debriefing period. Every single nurse that was helping, were doing amazing! This is a VERY sick man which is why he's in CCU. The LAST 2 days, I have called like I've been doing. Yet can't get an update. Not a call back or anything! While my Dad is dying. Today, I called his nurse for an update and ALL 3 times, she was too busy. And the desk coordinator was more than rude. This IS critical care?? Whats you pin? I explained that NO ONE has ever given me a pin. This is ridiculous! This was after DAYS OF HIM EVEN BEING THERE! I am requesting a response from SOMEONE that knows health care and can call me!!!!!
