Never feel seen or heard at my appointments. Nurses say they'll do something and then just hang up and don't do what they say they'll do. Usually have to call them back numerous times to remind them. Go to my appointment and wait an hour to talk to my doctor for maybe 10 mins and get charged for nothing. Waste of time. Definitely Waste of money! They simply don't care.
I recently had a negative experience with a nurse practitioner at this clinic. I came in with painful symptoms and she told me to drink more water and that I had nothing to treat. I had to argue with her to get more tests. I have never been so quickly dismissed by a health professional. An absolute waste of money and time. I don't recommend this place.
My spring physical I again expressed my concern about not having my PSA checked for years. Told me that they have too many false positives and aren't reliable. During the summer channel 5's morning news show had a Bellin urologist on the show expressing how important it is to have your PSA checked regularly. In the fall they did check my PSA and said it was elevated and should check it again in six weeks. Did the blood test again but they didn't do the PSA test. Recently went in for issues with my diabetic medication and they treated me for a stomach virus. I don't know if they don't listen or just don't care. Called Bellin to complain once and they transferred me to that clinic instead of customer care
I had gone to this facility for the first time. The doctor Stephen Cruz was super professional. Super considerate and helped me get fixed up in no time. Nicely decorated place.
My first appointment I went in early, brought all my medications. The nurse was lovely and took me back said the doctor would be there in a moment. An hour past my appointment time I finally leave because I had another appointment. But you know, I understand the patient before me must have really needed some help. Go to rescheduled appointment, have to bring my baby with me. I come a little early. We wait, and wait, and wait some more. There was a sign saying to come up to the desk if you've been waiting for more than 20 mins. I wasn't sure if that was after my appointment time or when I came in. I finally get called in 19 mins after my appointment time. Okay fine I guess they've been really busy. I finally get in, talk to the doctor, get a prescription and call it day. Days pass, I call my pharmacy, they say they're waiting on paperwork from my doctors. Okay call my doctor's they say that they sent it. Repeat about two or three more times. At this point, I'm just going to go somewhere else.
