3 stars for Dr. Nelson; 1 star for Dr. Samantha Kraemer of Urology who goes between here and Madison. Don't trust her. I recently moved and she had been monitoring my kidneys for a specific issue for a few years. I usually would just get MyChart messages on any changes. I had some scans done in December 2024 that she overseen. I recently just saw personnel in urology where I relocated to and got a nice surprise when I found out that I also have kidney stones. I did not know this for almost a year so my diet could have been a lot healthier but instead I was blindsided by the poor level of overseeing and care of Dr. Kraemer. Be extremely cautious if you work with her, I wouldn't trust her worth a dime given what I know now.

I have been begging providers to listen to me about my body for over a year. I had had hope that this clinic would be different. Despite an echocardiogram that shows heart failure, abnormal lab work, chronic symptoms, and excruciating pain, the nurses have absolutely no compassion. I've been told that I need to go to the emergency room. I don't think that emergency services should be used for primary care services, especially when symptoms are chronic and not acute. Shuffling me off on the er because they are too lazy to try and find out what is actually going on with my health shows nothing but a lack of compassion, lack of empathy, and lack of willingness to do the job that these providers signed up for. If you don't actually want to help patients, then perhaps the medical field is not for you. Unfortunately this could be them some day, and I truly truly hope that if it does, they receive better services than I did.

Bad business don't trust them, even the ones that come to work there from other towns.

I am usually very nervous with doctors. I go where the insurance sends me, and it hasn't always worked out well. I am so glad that Dr. Cassidy is now my primary, I was not nervous at all and she really helped me get to the bottom of a couple of issues that have been bothering me that I've been too afraid to pursue with other doctors. Overall a very positive experience, which is a welcome surprise.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean facilities. Short waiting time to see doctor. My doctor is awesome!! Has a great "bedside manner ". Listens and answers questions. She is interested in your health. Actually, the best health care I've ever had. I highly recommend this group.
