I have taken my kids to this facility for over 20 years. My son who is almost 30 now and special needs missed his yearly exam. When I called to see about getting him an appointment they said he had missed and couldn't be seen anymore. My child has a very lengthy medical history and it would take me a very long time to explain everything. After being spoken to like a piece of trash while I was trying to keep my cool I had asked to speak to the office manager. Finally, after letting them know that he has been seen there for over 20 years and I wasn't prepared to explain his medical history to another doctor Then Dr Armstrong said he could stay! When my kids started going to him the office was awesome. It's not anymore! It's very sad!

Great Doctor but don't ever get to see him. My child has been sick for 10 days now where she can't even breath I had to take her to med express then the Emergency Room cuz the staff won't tell Armstrong my doctor needs to see him. Horrible front desk staff it's like they get to pick what kids get to see Armstrong.. I've been taking my daughter there since she's been born 6 years ago but she can't see Armstrong when she sick

Dr. Armstrong is an excellent physician. He takes the time to get to know the patient and is very thorough. I have, and will continue to, recommend him to others. He has compiled a very good staff that are always friendly, courteous and caring.

Great doctor actually cares about his patients and all kids in general. Very good staff . Very polite . Very lucky to have stumbled upon this office . Most doctors dont care about anything but charging that Insurance. This is the first time in wva I've met a caring doctor who isn't all about the money . It's about keeping kids healthy .. thank you for taking such good care of my child kensley.

Why added unnecessary blood tests during my annual check-up? I specifically mentioned more than once that I only needed whatever covers by the annual check-up. Your office team told me they called my insurance and those are covered by insurance after i called and asked. Then I went for the tests. Now i received hundreds $ in bills. Go figure if you want to visit this place.
