The schedulers don't know what they are doing. The people at check in counter also have no idea. They schedule you, give an appointment and in the clinic they refuse you to be seen by a doctor due to COVID ( after someone checking in too). All confusions and no one knows the protocol really. The back office should know their policies well before they make an appointment so that patient don't travel unnecessarily. By all means I accept their COVID protocol but your staff should know that.
