Lisa saw me basically as a walkin, I was there with my husband for his appointment. She saw me to evaluate and send paperwork to my dentist so I could have a tooth removed, needed to know now long to be off a blood thinner before my procedure. I was on a list to get called in if there was a cancellation at the dentist office so I needed to have a plan as soon as possible. Lisa and the whole office has always gone out of their way to accommodate my husband and I. Highly recommend this practice. I am a retired RN after 40 years in hospitals.

Lisa listens to my concerns without me feeling rushed and she is very knowledgeable about treatment options.

Lisa Walker herself has been great, receptionist doesn't answer the phone regardless of what time of day/day of the week it is. I have severe anxiety. It is hard enough to work up the courage to make the phone call. The LEAST you can do is answer and put me on hold until you are done with whoever you are talking to currently. I have been struggling to get my medication as a result of this for WEEKS, and my chronic physical health conditions have flared and become unmanagable. They won't answer the phone when the pharmacy calls either. Also, if the business hours have changed the Google listing needs to be changed to reflect that YESTERDAY. I have been sick for 6 days. I have been trying to call for three days. I made it into the office FRIDAY after trying to call all day, which based on your hours should have been open. This is unacceptable. Whoever the receptionist is needs to be fired. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Lisa Walker is an amazing provider. She is very caring and thorough and always makes me feel at ease talking about my health concerns. Trust her completely. She's the best!!!!!!
