Sudasena just ended up breaking down and telling me I didn't understand. I'm just asking for an explanation, and when I asked if she had an ABPM or needed a medication adjustment he said "we don't do those here". He wasn't concerned with our concerns... or any his own criteria and guidelines. He said the ECG came back with a 160 bpm, the cuff said 118/88 HR 71 directly before. Run it again, schedule the holter, re-do ecg, ABPM, do anything when I have a valid concern. We need a thorough evidence based approach before a pacemaker, not to be dismissed or uninformed. Not acceptable for him to skip the very first course of action he should take, ruling out any other possibilities before a procedure. It's completely irrelevant how invasive it is.... He isn't recommending to retest, reassess, or reevaluate after medication adjustment, he thought me asking about "split dose" meant I wanted total dosage halved. It might be best for us to wait for next months doctor if you won't explain, and you tell me I don't understand. Get us an actual cardiologist who will at least follow a basic scientific method. Discuss risks, options, and alternatives for any decision they make. The plan seems to be change multiple variables at once and guess which one worked? Or just tell me why NOT rule out the trifecta of unadjusted medications or possible reversible causes first? Make it make sense. We'll get a second opinion, not this procedure pusher in a puffer who shows up late.

I called to get an appointment re-schedule and I spoke to a staff member named Karina. The tone she spoke to me in seemed like she was bothered that I called and asked her to reschedule my appointment. She asked why I was not going to make it? I don't see why I need to explain myself as to why I need to re-schedule an appointment. If that's the reason I am calling...to reschedule the appointment. She then proceeded NOT to re-schedule my appointment. I asked her when the next opening was and she was not able to tell me. All she bluntly said was "idk". I asked her if my doctor was scheduled out for the rest of the year & what the reason was that she could not re-schedule me? she responded "well idk he's a temp doctor." I didn't get any answers, nor a follow up appointment re-scheduled. She seemed to be very dismissive and kept saying "idk". I need to follow up with someone in regards to this matter. I've never experienced a doctor's office telling me, "idk"when I'm trying to re-schedule an appointment.

Don't go there please. I had a pacemaker implant there 10 years ago, they punctured my heart. I had blood infusions. My regular doctor in Spokane informed me of what the quacks did. I now have blood between the heart and the sack of the heart. I now have heart failure, there is nothing that can be done for me. Please stay away from there. The doctors in Spokane at pulse are the greatest.

The doctors are ok I guess. Big turn over. My problem is with referrals. I've been going there for maybe 8 yrs and have had maybe 10+ lung scans. With the exception of the first 2or3 they NEVER have sent it to the right place. Today 6/29/25 I am on my 3rd attempt in almost 2 weeks to get the referral to the right place
