Stephanie Benao is rude and unprofessional. She blamed me for my cellphone when she couldn't recognize the machinery making noise at her own job. She couldn't look at my grandmums records. Doesn't know how to listen. I wouldn't recommend her. Please ask to see some other pulmonary professional in Yakima.
I love Dr Mennon best lung specialist ever. But today because she is so busy I had the pleasure of meeting with the PA today kalia Benao she is such a sweet, caring and thoughtful Lady. Professional and still personal. So caring and greeted me with sincere concern She definitely rates 5 stars as does Dr Mennon . I love their care of my lung needs complete thorough care of my treatments. Very professional and sincere. The medical assistant Michelle was such a pleasure and went above and beyond.
