My experience at Vancouver Clinic with Ila and Medical Assistant Jennifer truly moved me. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with such genuine kindness and care that I instantly felt at ease. Jennifer's warmth during intake and Ila's compassion and patience throughout my visit made a world of difference. They didn't just provide medical care--they made me feel seen, heard, and supported. I'm deeply grateful for everything they did. These two are extraordinary

I had a great visit with my new primary care doctor last week, she was excellent. The ladies in the lab on Tuesday were amazing as well. I did have to return to the lab today and only interacted with Trisha N. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same positive experience as my previous visits. She repeatedly told me to "wait behind the sign," even though I was already standing behind it near the door. She said several times that I needed to protect patient privacy, but didn't clarify what she meant until the third time, when she explained I needed to wait to be called up. Her tone felt unnecessarily hostile, and it wasn't appreciated.

My visit to this urgent care center was easily the most pleasant and time-efficient one I have ever had. Each member of the staff, including the intake and triage nurse, was friendly and genuinely took the time to understand and assist me with my issue quickly. The PA was extremely professional, fully listened to my concerns, and provided me with the care I needed to resolve my health issue. I would recommend this care center to anyone and will trust them with any of my own urgent needs in the future.

I have been with Vancouver Clinic for about 4 years now. From day one I've had nothing but good experiences. They listen to me. They explain everything to me so I what know what's going on. They are very thorough. And I've never been rushed. They make you feel comfortable. I will most certainly recommend Vancouver Clinic to anyone looking for a great place.

Terrible support, they don't care about the patients. I can never get the care I need due to TVC corporate policies, not my insurance's limitations. I have a plan that allows me to self refer.. in conjunction with already being seen in that department previously.. Seems like they want you to go through several providers to get as much money from you before you can be seen in a specialty clinic. I'm tired of feeling like I'm being scammed. They also wouldn't treat my son when he was really sick as he had the same insurance as me, plus a coinsurence from his mom. Been going here 18 years, but won't be coming back.
