I made a new patient appointment simply to refill my meds and it was completely covered by my insurance. Dr Tyler Peake had questions for me because there was information missing from my file and at no point mentioned that us having this discussion changed what they classified this appointment as. Now I'm stuck paying 400$ for what should have been a free appointment. Save your money and just go to an urgent care.

Ever since Peacehealth took over from Providence, things have gone downhill. Making an appointment via the "MyChart" site is now impossible. Calling the clinic directly results in long, long waits on hold. And yet their website says they are accepting new patients. Why, when they don't have enough resources for existing patients?

This is the absolute best primary care clinic we have ever had. The level of professionalism, the doctors, all staff, everyone is so kind and willing to go the extra mile. We love Peace Health.

There was an older woman nurse who commented on my silicone wedding ring saying it was unusual then added that marriage is serious because it's forever. I don't know why a nurse would make a religious comment like that to me but it was unnecessary. Whenever I needed a referral this place would always tell me that they didn't know who to refer me to and to call my insurance instead..even though I needed a referral from a doctor. I wish that they would had referred me to a mental health professional that wasn't apart of their office, or even the option of a referral to another person because this office is biased and religious. I get everyone is going through something, but I just don't appreciate the stuck up attitudes of the staff, nurses, doctors or resource gatekeeping. I also didn't appreciate the fact that when I needed paperwork for military relocation, the staff was unable to properly fill it out and unable to fill it out in a timely manner. I just really needed people to know my experience. Please separate religion from people's healthcare.
