Service is always quick and the staff are very sweet and helpful! I've never found a primary care that felt like the right fit for me. Dr Fayth is the best doctor I have ever had. She makes you feel super comfortable and she actually listens and makes you feel heard! 100% recommend!

I was a patient four twenty nine years. Dr. Wolford was my Dr. For twenty eight year's since retired. I was so saddened, but happy for her. I'm with Dr. Carrie this year, and same Medical group. My medical insurance is welcare. Luckily after 6 months on welcare insurance. I was thrilled to hear that NWS group excepted Wellcare Ins. Great Drs, Nurses, receptionists and billing in the same office.. Referrals sent out for medical testing in a timely manner. I love knowing everyone who works at NWS. They are patience are kind and trustworthy! Don't count on Welcare ins., They are a scam. Most unreliable insurance i've ever had! Still miss my Dr. Wolford, hung in with me for 28 years. Got to says Dr. Carrie has the same compassion and knowledge as Dr. wolford had! Thank you All! For going the extra mile, to see I am well taken care of!

This was the 1st time going to the clinic and meeting my new primary care provider Bill. He was absolutely amazing, he listened to my concerns and set me up with everything that I needed. Absolutely 1000% recommend this medical group. The office staff were so friendly and Bill's assistant was so awesome.

I had a really disappointing experience with this practice. The front desk felt disorganized and unprofessional, and communication leading up to my appointment was poor. The provider I saw did not listen to me, spoke over me, and seemed uninterested in understanding my concerns. I left feeling dismissed and frustrated, and I will be finding care elsewhere.
