Dr Reiss is excellent as both a cardiac specialist in electrical issues with the heart but also a very personable physician always willing to spend time with his patients explaining their issues and possible solutions. His nursing associate, Katrina is also excellent and very competent in her duties. I would highly recommend Dr Reiss if you or a member of your family needs further guidance on electrical issues needing specialized cardiac care. I have had two cardiac procedures with Dr Reiss and his recommendations over 5 years have been right on target and have solved completely all cardiac issues with me that required his specialized skills and training. I am 70+.

Dr. Reiss has refused to acknowledge that I received an infection during my ablation in September of 2021. Nearly three years later, I am still suffering from whatever resulted from that surgery. The day after my surgery, I began to get a rash where the leads were inserted within my groin area. I took photos the day of my surgery and subsequent days chronicling the site for future reference when I noticed the rash. I showed the photos to my family doctor and she even agreed that it was a result from the surgery since the progression was obvious. She wrote to Dr. Reiss and he determined without seeing or talking to me that there was no correlation. He is wrong. This has resulted in scarring and frequent inflammation. I would post the photos here, but they're too private to share with the public. No one wants to take accountability. Dr. Reiss needs to go back to his graduate program and retake his ethics module. The reason I'm giving 3/5 stars is because the ablation corrected my SVT, for now.
