My father has an ICD placed by this clinic. He now has a melanoma and this clinic DOES not get back to patients in a timely manner. He needs clearance for a time sensitive surgery by the end of this week to better his chance of survival and PULSE has NOT responded in a timely manner. Think twice before having your relatives come here if you have more than one disease process. They are not team players and do not collaborate well for the needs of the patient. I am thoroughly disgusted!!! If his prognosis is worse and can be directly related to their (PULSE clinics)delay there WILL be litigation.
